  • how sad it is to see places, once full of life now just sitting there, unused and quite chilling. stuff like that is so intersting to me.i wander what circumstances could have forced these places to shut down...keep putting up the pics. they're awesome..

  • Juergen's comment: Hi Jan,
I have no idea who made the flashbracket, I found it in my tool box ... and honestly, I don't use the flash helmet anymore...but happy to see others to pick up where I left of! ;)

  • Actually, I was wondering the same thing ... and what are they made of? They are very highly finished, suggesting a plastic resin.

  • I love your helmet flash re-invention (as you called it). This is very cool with very nice results. I found this link in a comment in www.flickr.com 's 'strobist' group pool photos.

  • Juergen's comment: Oh no, where do I buy now my beloved Bambi meat? ;)

Barwick? Penguin? This rings a bell or two. Welcome back to Japan!

  • I saw the helmet invention. Had a similar invention in mind. I'm wondering however...do you still use it?
