Your privacy is very important to me, Juergen Specht, the owner of this site. If you have been receiving unsolicited email please contact me immediately and I will take all necessary action to address the situation. I don't endorse or send unsolicited or "spam" email.

To avoid abuse or accidental subscriptions, I require each user to re-confirm their Mailing List or Newsletter subscription prior to the commencement of service.

When you subscribe to any of my Mailing Lists or Newsletters or use the services I provide at http://www.juergenspecht.com, I may collect personal information such as your name and email address either online or by email.

Aggregate / Website Information:

I may use details such as your IP address, browser version and email address to help diagnose problems with my services and improve compatibility of my software.

How I use your information:

I may use the personal contact information you have provided to me by subscribing my JS-Newsletter to send you updated information on my services. I do not supply your personal information to 3rd parties unless so required by law or to comply with legal procedures or to defend my rights and property or to protect against fraud and misuse.

You may access, correct or update the information that you have supplied to me by using the appropriate forms provided. You are also able to unsubscribe anytime from any of my Mailing Lists or Newsletters and your email address will be permanently deleted. Postcards get stored for 4 weeks (1 month) and will be permanently deleted after they expired.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are small bits of data that are stored within your own computer that are readable by web sites you visit. Except if you create your own Collection or are a member of my mailing lists and use the archive, this site does NOT use cookies. If you disallow cookies in your browser, you can not create your own Collection or log into the lists archives, but all other functions of this site are fully functional.
